Chief Executive Officer
Neil joined DOC as Chief Executive Officer in Spring 2026 bringing deep experience as a clinician, researcher, and health tech leader. Most recently, he served as Chief Medical Officer at Thirty Madison, a virtual-based healthcare company, where he expanded how patients access care through asynchronous models and led research on patient empathy in digital care settings.
Parikh also served as President of Oscar Medical Group and Senior Medical Director at Oscar Health — work that earned him a spot on Modern Healthcare’s Innovators List in 2024. He holds an M.D. from the Keck School of Medicine at USC, completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars-Sinai, and served as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UCLA. He also holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Beyond clinical and executive work, Parikh co-founded Amply, an online giving platform supporting nonprofits (est. 2010), and serves on the Healthcare Advisory Council for the Ronald McDonald House of New York.
