The DOC 2025 Program Is Live!

A Great Debate on AI and Medicine. A novel framework for longevity medicine. Deep dives on sleep, nutrition, sex, social connection, and stress. State-of-the art clinical research on neurodegenerative disease, women’s health, cardiology, proteomics and more. Exclusive hands-on diagnostics including full body scans, suPAR measurement, early cancer detection, microbiome analysis, and microplastic benchmarking. Systemic explorations of the state of the market for women’s health startups. A House Band! And So Much More.

We’re excited and proud to release the first iteration of the DOC 2025 Program. We set a high bar at our inaugural gathering last year, and we’ve spent the “off season” consulting with our world class Faculty, brainstorming new program elements, and preparing The Estate at Yountville for the arrival of our community of 300 or so of the best, brightest, and most intellectually stimulating people we know.

We’ve kept the core of DOC’s 2024 program: A Faculty comprised of leading medical scientists and expert specialists, a commitment to conversation and debate, an obsession with curating an influential, engaged, and kind group of Conversants.  And we’re adding the elements you asked for: A focus on actionable health advice, an expanded Living Room Lab, and plenty of time for “that DOC magic” to pervade our three days together this Fall.

Once again we’ll be taking over the entire campus of The Estate – but this year we’ll be taking advantage of even more of its charms and surrounding environs. We’ll have more time for community-driven breakout sessions, for physical (and mental) activities, and for the extraordinary 1-1 connections that led to dozens of new partnerships, investments, and personal friendships over the course of the last year.

As you peruse our Program overview and the detailed Program grid (registration required), you’ll notice that we’re still crafting a few surprise elements – so keep checking back for updates as October draws near. But if you’re one of the lucky few holding an invitation for this year’s gathering, we urge you to claim your spot. We expect to close registration much earlier than last year. If you’d like to join us, please apply for an invitation here. Openings are extremely limited.
